Most everyone who knows me knows I strive for perfection and attention to detail in most everything I do. So when it comes to customer service in ANY category I am always quick to make suggestions for improvement from the customer’s point of view.
I will be giving you “my two cents” or “my say” on people, places and things I encounter in my daily life. How was the customer service at a shop, store, spa, salon, hotel, resort, restaurant and so on. From the quality of an item I have purchased down to how the waiter at a restaurant fills my water-glass (not from standing to my left which would mean reaching across in front of me to fill my glass to my right). How annoying when you are engaged in a conversation with a person sitting to your left. These little idiosyncrasies drive me insane and leads me to believe the management is not managing and the employees have not been properly trained.
This is just a small example of what I observe daily. I feel customer service in all capacities has gone by the way side. It is my mission to keep making my suggestions all while exuding kindness and respect. Well, unless you completely piss me off, and launch me into a rant. Don’t worry, I’ll share that side, too.
